Daily Workout: July 1st & July 2nd, 2018
The last fews have been great for me. I am finally starting to sleep through the night better which is crucial. Most of the past 8 months I have been up 7-8 times a night. The last few nights I have been up only 2-3 times which is a huge win. I am starting to feel some strength come back and get my life back to a somewhat sense of normal. If this trend continues my workouts will change accordingly. Get ready for all of the fun.
On another note, Saying you don’t have enough time is bullshit. It’s just another excuse. Listen, I’ve been there. There too have been points in my life where I thought I didn’t have time. Truth is I did have time. There’s always time. Once I learned that lesson I never looked back. The real secret to my success is that I make time. I don’t make excuses.
On Monday I did a workout that will murder your upper body in less than 20 minutes. A lot of people say you can’t train effectively in 20 minutes but like excuses that’s bullshit too. You just have to be willing to give up a small piece of your soul.
Sunday, July 1st, 2018:
100x Pull-up (Strict, Dead Hang, CTB)
10×20 T-Bar Row @ Moderate Weight (Goal was perfect form)
Monday, July 2nd, 2018:
10x Bench Press @ 225lbs +
Set of Banded Tricep Pushdowns to failure
Ten sets, Rest ONLY 60sec between sets
60 minutes each session

Note about the training: Day to day entries will change. Some entires will be workouts I have done that day, some entries will be workouts that people I train did that day. Some entries will be my favorite all time workouts or something I saw on the internet that I thought would be good for you to experience. Remember that because of the changing nature of the entries these workouts are not meant to be prescriptive. For example they aren’t necessarily written down with the intention of you following them precisely. Rather, they are meant to collectively build a resource that you can learn from. Hopefully you can implement some of these ideas and workouts into your own training in order to better your fitness.
Also note that I won’t be posting at the same time every day. If I workout early then it might get posted early. If I workout late then it might get posted late. If I am in different time zone then hell, I don’t know what time it will show up. Just a head’s up. That said, I will do my best to get them to you in a timely fashion. You have my word on that but remember I don’t have an army of internet monkeys at my beck and call. I am doing this on my own…
