A huge congratulations to my beautiful, sexy, and STRONG wife Lisa Maximus for her kick ass performance today. She set a World Record (USPA, Multi-Ply, 60kg) for the Deadlift at 368.5lbs. She Squatted 363lbs and Bench Pressed 187lbs. Her total for the three lifts was 920lbs. She qualified for a world championship meet in November and she’ll be in the 1000lbs club in no time. What an incredible day.

Workout: 

Work up to Bench Press 1RM, Deadlift 1RM, and Back Squat 1RM. 

If you have never tried this it is tough. TO simulate in the gym do a 1RM Back Squat test at 10am. A 1RM Bench test at 12:30pm and a 1RM Deadlift test at 3pm. Enjoy that.

Note about the training: Day to day entries will change. Some entires will be workouts I have done that day, some entries will be workouts that people I train did that day. Hopefully you can implement some of these ideas and workouts into your own training in order to better your fitness.
