The Thanksgiving Day “Turkey Burn” 

You know what I am thankful for? Well, I am thankful for a lot really. I have a beautiful wife and a loving family, I love my job, and I’ve had the opportunity to share my life with all kinds of incredible people. I am truly a fortunate person.

I wanted to take a moment today to highlight the people I train with on a day-to-day basis. Not all of them are pictured here but I love every single one of them. They hold me accountable, they inspire me, they lift me up when I am down, and they support me in all I do.

I owe a huge thank you to each and everyone of you that supports me. I’m grateful. I’m thankful.


Warm up sufficiently

For example, row, do some push-ups, squats, etc.


Bench Press @ Bodyweight +


Back Squat @ Bodyweight +

Push-up +

Front Squat @ Bodyweight

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of each

In between each rung of the ladder do 30sec on the rower all out.

So after you do 10 reps of every movement do a 30sec row

After 9 reps of every movement do a 30sec Row.

By the end you will have done 10x30sec Rowing efforts

Please note that some people made substitutes and thats okay. Some people did Deadlifts instead of Front Squats. Some people did Goblet Squats instead of Pull-ups. Some people adjusted the weight. We accommodate everyone who just wants to work hard.

Note about the training: Day to day entries will change. Some entires will be workouts I have done that day, some entries will be workouts that people I train did that day. Some entries will be my favorite all time workouts or something I saw on the internet that I thought would be good for you to experience. Remember that because of the changing nature of the entries these workouts are not meant to be prescriptive. For example they aren’t necessarily written down with the intention of you following them precisely. Rather, they are meant to collectively build a resource that you can learn from. Hopefully you can implement some of these ideas and workouts into your own training in order to better your fitness.

Also note that I won’t be posting at the same time every day. If I workout early then it might get posted early. If I workout late then it might get posted late. If I am in  different time zone then hell, I don’t know what time it will show up. Just a head’s up. That said, I will do my best to get them to you in a timely fashion. You have my word on that but remember I don’t have an army of internet monkeys at my beck and call. I am doing this on my own…
