My big volume days are back. I am finally at a point health wise where I can handle them. It feels good to be able to do the work I need to do and eat the food I need to eat to perform the way I want to. If you want to train like this you can but know there is a cost that must be paid. The cost is sleep, recovery, and diet. Remember before you undertake this kind of training that I am in the sauna every day, use Normatec Recovery boots, have cold showers, and prioritize sleep. Work up to Heavy Bench Press

Then:

5×3 Bench Press @ 315lbs (80% of 1RM) 

Rest 3 minutes between sets 

Then, Later: 

10×10 Strict Press @ 95lbs 

After each set do a set of Tricep Extensions To Failure

Deadlift Day: 

5 reps @ 170lbs 

5 reps @ 260lbs

5 reps @ 370lbs 

Single Reps @ The following: 

460, 470, 480, 490, 500, 510, 520, 530, 540, 550, 560, 570, 580, 590, 500, 510, 530

Then: 

5×1 Deadlift @ 460lb 

5×2 Deadlift @ 400lbs

Note about the training: Day to day entries will change. Some entires will be workouts I have done that day, some entries will be workouts that people I train did that day.
