“I’ve wanted to be “The Big Guy” ever since I can remember. When I was a teenager, I wanted to be as muscular as Arnold. When I was wrestling, I wanted to compete in the heavyweight division.
My job requires me to be big and strong. So I am. In fact, I consider training to gain muscle my forte. That said, I don’t believe in putting on muscle just to put on muscle. There’s no sense in being big without having genuine horsepower to back it up. If you’re going to be big, you need to not only be strong, you need to also be fast, agile, and have stellar endurance.
The workout in the video above is one of my go-to workouts for anyone who wants to add lean lower-body mass and improve their athleticism.”
