Mark Fitzgerald has spent the last 15 years working with athletes from a variety of sports at every level including some of the best professional athletes in the world. He began his career with the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL) organization and most recently was the head of performance for the Anaheim Ducks(NHL). Mark is the founder of Elite Training Systems(ETS) in Ontario, Canada which has grown to 4 locations servicing athletes from all major and minor sports. Mark also serves as a consultant for a number of health and performance organizations including Under Armour, UCAN Super Starch , Biosteel Sports Performance and 360 Athletics. Mark speaks all over North America on topics from long term athletic development to leadership and sport performance training. He oversees all aspects of sport performance for the University of Ontario as well as an advisory board position for the Toronto Arrows Rugby Club .
