Gideon Akande is one of the best known Fitness Instructors in the nation. He’s a fitness and wellness coach who focuses on individualized training sessions, corporate bootcamps and high-intensity classes. He’s the creator of the best selling DVD workout series called RIPTENSITY and one of @menshealthmag’s top trainers. In addition to being a trainer he’s also a hell of an athlete. He played Division I football at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and is a 2x Chicago Golden Gloves champion.
