It’s no secret that I love lifting weights. It’s also no secret that I love music. I’m always blasting music in the car or walking around with my favorite headphones.
I love creating playlists. It is one of my number one relaxation techniques. Most days I start my day by waking up, making a cocktail of my Maximus PreWorkout and my BCAAs (Branch Chain Amino Acids), and sitting in front of the computer to create the perfect playlist. A good playlist can put me in a great mood, help me to relax, make me smile, and it even has the power to make or break one of my training sessions. Simply put, a good playlist makes my day. Sometimes my favorite part of a drive or a workout is the music I listen to.
A lot of people have been asking me what I listen to lately in the gym or what my favorite songs are so I have decided to create a Spotify account. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed creating these playlists.
