Denial is the worst kind of lie. It’s a lie that robs us of personal growth and ensures that we cannot use our life experiences to build a better future.

In life we experience many instances where things don’t go our way. When these defeating moments happen we have two options: we can accept responsibility for our failures, learn from them, and evolve into a better person

OR

We can live in a state of denial where we never truly accept responsibility or we blame other people or “circumstances” rather than look in the mirror in the fix what’s wrong.
