Fuck your feelings. 

Feelings are not facts. 

Feelings may feel real, you may believe your feelings are real, but they aren’t and feelings lie. 

Just because you feel something it doesn’t mean that it accurately represents the truth. Don’t make a permanent decision for your temporary emotion. 

Don’t make promises when you’re happy, don’t reply when you’re angry, and don’t make decisions when you’re sad. Waiting until you gain control of your emotions may save you from making a decision you’ll greatly regret later. 

Remember when something happens that shakes you to look at things in perspective and get control of your feelings. 

Look at the scenario from all sides and not just from a place of blind rage, sadness, and exuberance. Look at the facts and think with your head, not your heart.
