Working with Tim has been a pleasure. He’s been committed, dedicated and shown discipline in all areas of life. He’s living proof that there’s no dammn secret or “three easy payments of $9.99”. It’s just old fashioned hard work. In Tim’s Words:

“I began following Bobby Maximus on Instagram after seeing some of his workouts featured on the Men’s Health account.  I was intrigued by the intensity of the workouts wanted to give some a try.  Bobby offered some custom monthly programs and I jumped in.  The program Bobby wrote for me were workouts that took me out of my comfort zone – rowing, intervals, circuits, 1 rep max tests, etc.  I began my custom program on July 9, 2018 and I was 266 lbs.  I had never sweated so much in my life doing these workouts, and at the end of my custom program I was seeing amazing results, breaking through the plateau and then some, I was losing inches and weight again.  I repeated the custom program, did the 28 Day Summer Shred program from Bobby’s website, and I bought the Maximus Body book and created my own 6-month program using the templates in the book.  Bobby provided nutrition tips as well which also helped me clean up my diet and really keep things moving. 

As of today, I am midway through the 12-week program from the book and just passed 1 year doing Maximus Body workouts.  I’m down to 241 lbs, losing 25 lbs in the year as well as 17 inches across 9 different measurements.  When I started, I could not do a single pull-up.  Not that it’s much, but I can do 5 unassisted now.  I am also very proud of my rowing PRs.  500m in 1:28. 1000m in 3:13.  2000m in 6:43.  All below the Maximus Standard.  I am setting a new PR almost every time I do a Maximus workout I have done prior.  I am so proud of myself and so grateful and thankful for the assistance and encouragement Bobby has provided over the year”
