The childhood obesity rate in America is as high as it’s ever been. This is creating more and more unhealthy kids who develop symptoms like diabetes that they carry with them their entire lives.We need our kids to eat better and move more. But telling your kid to stop playing video games and get outside only goes so far—especially if you’re not setting a good example. So kill two birds with one stone: Work out with your kid.
