You may have noticed that the “Daily Workouts” section of my blog has been removed. 

I have decided that there’s a better way to organize my website and also give you information that will help you be the very best that you can be. 

This website is going to focus less on what I am doing in the gym on a day-to-day basis and more on delivering content that focuses on recovery, stress management, training tips, and sports psychology.

I’m going to make a concerted effort to really give you all some resources you can put to use to increase both your fitness and quality of life. The means more articles, more training plans, and more videos. 

Don’t worry if you are one of the people who is going to miss the Daily Workouts. I haven’t forgotten about you. I am going to post everything I do on my Instagram @bobbymaximus.
