The BEST Full Body Workout Ever


Are you interested in getting stronger?


Are you interested in transforming your body?


Are you interested in testing yourself?


Here is one of my favorite workouts that will accomplish those goals. It hits every muscle you own from head to toe. It can be done relatively quickly and requires minimal equipment. It isn’t complicated but it works. It is simple but not easy.


Get to a gym and do a few Bench Press reps, Deadlift reps, squats, and push-ups.


Then complete this circuit:


Bench Press +

Deadlift +

Push-up +

Pull-up +

Back Squat

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of each


The goal is to get this done as quickly as possible while respecting the rules of proper form. You do 10 reps of bench Press, immediately do 10 reps of deadliest, and then 10 reps of push-ups, pull-ups and back squats. Then you start over again at Bench and do 9 reps followed by 9 reps of each of the other movements. Then 8 reps of each, 7 of each, and so forth until you do 1 rep of each.


When you get finished you’ll be “done” literally and figuratively.


If you are a beginner start by doing the Bench Press, Deadlift, and Back Squats reps at 95lbs.

If you are an intermediate then use 185lbs for those three exercises.

If you are advanced or want to be part of the “big guy club” use 225lbs.
